CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• Loves medium-bright indirect light, but can tolerate lower light. More light = faster growth
• Allow the soil to dry before watering - about 4-6 weeks depending on the light. As a succulent, it holds a lot of water in the stems and rhizome (below the surface). Watering too frequently will result in root rot. 
• Thoroughly saturate the soil when watering (there should be water coming out of the drainage hole)
• Fertilize at least once a season
• How to know when it's time to transplant to a larger pot:
  • the soil dries out in less than a week
  • new growth slows or stops
  • there are more roots than soil
  • note: only go up 2-3" in pot size to prevent root rot
• New foliage comes out bright green and darkens over time
